2. Regulations
Legislation on air pollution prevention has evolved considerably in recent years, with the implementation of international treaties (the 1992 Rio de Janeiro Conference, the 1997 Kyoto Protocol, etc.). These texts target, in particular, industrial discharges from classified installations.
