Remote payment is one of two forms of secure payment. In the digital world, a remote sale on a website is concluded by a "remote payment".
5.1 Issues
Although fraud is now very well contained in Europe as far as local payments are concerned, the Internet already accounts for 50% of bank payment fraud.
Credit card fraud can be defined as a criminal act carried out using unfair means to order goods from a merchant site without ensuring payment. The result is that the merchant loses the merchandise without actually paying for it.
