1. Assessment dimensions
In general, evaluation consists of comparing the object under evaluation with a reference model, in order to draw conclusions . Of course, the reference model can be virtual, and envisaged as a combination of recommendations adapted to the domain of the object to be evaluated.
What can be assessed? Evaluation must be based on formal, explicit criteria.
Which evaluation dimensions should be prioritized? Numerous evaluation criteria can be used to assess digital documents. We usually distinguish three main evaluation dimensions for interactive systems
