8. Conclusion
Digital accessibility is a major challenge for society, and one that determines the possibility of true equal opportunities for disabled people in an increasingly digitalized world. As such, it is an essential marker of the place given to disabled people in society.
While it's true that we're still a long way off the mark, it's also important to recognize the existence of a fertile ground for the emergence of an accessible digital world, in philosophical, legal and technological terms.
