Differences between platforms
The first observation we can make is the differences in the data collected and aggregated by the various services and tools. These differences relate in particular to :
the number of sources ;
the level of detail. For example, Plum Analytics collects Facebook "likes" as well as comments and shares, while ImpactStory collects only shares;
