1.1 Cooperation between the parties
Collaboration between the parties, both before and after the conclusion of the contract, is essential to the success of an IT project. In the event of a dispute, the courts will take this obligation into account when assessing liability.
Collaboration is a reciprocal obligation. The customer has an obligation to collaborate. The supplier of an IT system or services can only meet his obligations if his customer cooperates, i.e. provides him with all the information required for the development of the system and software (elements and parameters, specific constraints, etc.) and participates in monitoring the execution of the contract.
