2.1 Immersion and interaction concepts

Here, we focus on the difficulties generated by any virtual reality device. These difficulties are of a technical nature for the interfaces, but also physiological, ergonomic and psychological: something that any engineer working in this field must not ignore, on pain of failure. Despite the highly technical aspect of virtual reality at first sight, we mustn't forget that, in all cases, we want to put a person in immersion and in interaction with a virtual environment.
