3.1 Introduction

It's clear that the virtual environment has an effect on human beings. The use of headsets can pose a variety of comfort and health problems. These can be induced by certain categories of VR applications, creating discomfort due mainly to :

  • sensorimotor inconsistencies, including those linked to excessive latency times;

  • poor interfacing between the subject's visual system and the visiocomponent;

  • unsecured technological devices.
