4. French Issuers Network
4.1 Goals
The "Réseau des Émetteurs Français" association, founded in 1925, aims to unite radio amateurs, i.e. duly authorized persons with an interest in radio technology for purely personal, non-pecuniary reasons. It also aims to bring together people interested in shortwave radio. In particular, it is intended to :
to create a friendly link between radio amateurs in the French community, to facilitate their trials through exchanges of views, technical information... ;
organize all national and international tests and provide its members with voluntary assistance to researchers, official and private laboratories, and public services, for technical tests or applications of shortwave and ultra-shortwave...
