8. Scenario

Figure 4 shows an example of a mobile user wanting to view a video from a server in his service provider's core network. The service provider uses preconditions for this type of service to avoid failure and to check that both the user and the server have the necessary conditions for this service. And it will give both parties information on the composition of the flow before they decide to accept it.
