5.1 Optimization of resource use according to multiple criteria
Semantic networks are characterized by their ability to implement differentiated routing and routing policies, capable of taking into account not only the specificity of the applications that will use the resources of such networks, but also their needs and constraints.
Optimizing the use of semantic network resources is thus an opportunity to move on from decades of over-dimensioning communication network policies to flexible policies, capable of dynamically adapting to changes in network topology, application needs and constraints, or the volume of signaling traffic.
