1.1 Fundamental properties
The switching cell, a combination of at least two semiconductors (K1 and K2 in figure 1 ), is considered in this paragraph as a constituent element of an electrical circuit; with the aim of building conversion structures that are more efficient and also more complex than the cell, we address here the question of the interconnection of several of them.
