2. Presentation of the EMC case study of the circuit under test and its constituent functions
To better understand the feasibility of the EMC simulation method developed in this article, the following paragraph introduces the functional and parametric representation of the circuit under study.
2.1 Functional description of the case study
The proof-of-concept of our simulation method is based on an active circuit. This is a mixed circuit integrating a switching power supply and two digital components. The latter represent integrated circuits (ICs) such as the 555 timer and the MCU 68000 microcontroller. The passive part contains localized and distributed components, as shown in figure 5 .
