PSD (Power Spectral Density)
Frequency distribution of the power, per Hertz of band, of a signal, according to the frequencies that make it up.
GAAFET (Gate All Around Field Effect Transistor)
A transistor consisting of a grid that completely surrounds the electron conduction channel. This channel is itself composed of three layers of silicon nanosheets stacked one on top of the other.
OPC (Optical Proximity Correction)
Photolithography enhancement technique, commonly used in microelectronics, to compensate for errors due to diffraction or process-related effects.
