10. Equivalent noise temperature

  • The principle of the calculation method is shown in the block diagram in figure 5 in which :

    • the assembly is assumed to be at reference temperature T 0 " 300 K ;

    • the module is schematically represented by a gain amplifier G A and an amplitude-controlling attenuator a n (normalized to 1).
