2.1 General problem
To solve the problem of routing available power to consumption sites, in the case of a meshed network, it is necessary to check the compatibility of the production levels of each group determined by the producers to satisfy, in an economically optimal way for them, their commitments and the power transits in the network.
In general, there are a multitude of generation plans available to meet demand.
