3. Warm-ups

The switchgear must be capable of withstanding its rated current in continuous service without its operating characteristics being altered (see [D 4 690], § 3.5 ). This means that the temperature rise and the temperature of the parts must remain below the limit values that have been standardized [CEI 60694] .
