1.1 Modeling

Recent developments in the field of supercapacitors have shown that elaborate models are needed to describe their behavior. It is essential to take into account the different parameters of frequency, voltage and temperature.

Practical experience shows that a simplified model can be used to accurately describe the electrical behavior of a supercapacitor. This model consists of two branches. The model is described in detail in the references [1][2][3][4][5] and in the thesis
