4. Development methodology
Implementing control algorithms for electrical machines in their entirety on hardware targets such as FPGAs is an approach that requires perfect mastery of the design process and specific work to match the algorithm to the control architecture to be integrated. Designers using FPGA-type components therefore need methodological know-how to satisfy all the constraints inherent in implementation, while providing sufficient development flexibility.
