4. Coating application
4.1 Application conditions
Generally speaking, the rules of the art require :
apply a coating to a substrate with a moisture content of less than 5% by weight (tested using a moisture meter), otherwise the film will rapidly deteriorate (blistering and flaking in particular);
not to work when climatic conditions do not allow it: temperatures below 10°C or above 25°C, humidity > 80% RH, high winds, etc.
