1. Work on existing buildings

1.1 General

Depending on the condition and type of building (ruin, dwelling, administrative building, listed building, etc.), regulations will differ.

Renovation work requiring no formalities is :

  • work creating a floor area or footprint of less than 5 m 2 (without modifying the external appearance);

  • maintenance and repair work (without changing the exterior appearance);

  • restoration work (except for protected buildings or by specific decision of the mayor's office);

  • modifications to the volume of the building (without altering its external appearance).
