Humid air
Name given to air by scientists who use air as a vector for water vapor, such as climatologists, thermologists and engineers.
Fresh air
Air taken from the open air away from sources of pollution.
Return air
Air extracted from the premises and either partially recycled or discharged to the outside air.
Calorific intake
Sum of all heat sources responsible for heating a building.
Positive energy building (BEPOS)
A building with a positive overall energy balance, i.e. it produces more energy (thermal or electrical) than it consumes.
