9. Characteristics and uses of cements
Today's cement industry offers users a wide range of cements with well-defined characteristics, adapted to specific fields of use.
The wide range of strengths, types and speeds of setting and hardening are a response to the very diverse uses to which concrete is put on building sites or in factories, in construction or civil engineering.
