The search for optimum utilization of the workforce often necessitates correcting the data in the first working hypothesis.

The schedule indicates that the duration of the worksite is 43 working days. It would be interesting to reduce the duration to 8 weeks, or 40 working days, i.e. 8 × 5 days. This would make it possible to avoid starting a week with just 3 working days, as the last two might not be worked.

Reducing the total duration of the project by 3 days means finding critical tasks whose duration could be reduced, since they determine the overall duration of the project.
