8.1 Normal lighting (item X 22)
Fixtures for normal lighting must be fixed or suspended; this does not prevent them from being attached to movable roofing elements, or the use of movable harrows.
Gymnasiums
Natural or artificial lighting must be provided at all points in the room and for all users:
enable good perception of shapes and movements;
avoid all forms of glare.
