4. Operator's obligations
4.1 Safety register and fire instructions (article EF 18)
Every operator must keep an up-to-date safety register. This document, the contents of which are shown in the box below, must include :
a section approved by the prefect ;
a section kept up to date by the operator, relating to operations.
Fire instructions must be drawn up and posted. Operators and staff must be fully familiar with them. In addition, they must be able to deploy all emergency resources.
