Technical Instruction No. 250 supplements a number of points in the various articles of the fire safety regulations for public buildings (Établissements Recevant du Public - ERP) and public-access buildings (Établissements Ouvert au Public - EOP).

Continuity of radio communications must be guaranteed for public services using their own resources in all parts of the infrastructure of Établissements Recevant du Public (1 er group) and covered parking lots with more than one basement level.
