12. Disabled access to Type O facilities
12.1 Legal text
The article governing disabled access in Type O establishments is Article 17 of the Order of 1 er August 2006 laying down the provisions taken for the application of Articles R. 111-19 to R. 111-19-3 and R. 111-19-6 of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation relating to disabled access to establishments open to the public and facilities open to the public when they are built or created; it is repealed by the Order of April 20, 2017, Article 22).
