8.1 Definition and general information (CH 44)
Production-emission units are independent devices that produce and emit heat exclusively in the room where they are installed.
They can be combustion (powered by solid, liquid or gaseous fuel) or non-combustion (electric radiators and convectors, electric baseboard heaters, electric radiant panels, electric cassette heaters, electric unit heaters, etc.).
