13. Grandstands and bleachers that cannot be dismantled
13.1 Non-demountable stands (CO 61)
Bleachers, staircases and walkways serving bleacher seating must be designed to withstand operating loads in accordance with the standard NF P06-013 .
For steps in these areas, inside auditoriums, amphitheatres, sports facilities, etc., the tread must be greater than or equal to 0.25m. They may not be quarter-turned, and the alignment of stair nosings must be less than or equal to 35°.
The slope of the alignment of this stand or part of a stand can be up to 45°:
if there are no more than 5 consecutive rows of bleachers;
if the vertical circulations are equipped...
