4. Public utility easements
Public utility easements apply to properties bordering or crossed by facilities declared to be in the public interest, or to properties located in areas subject to foreseeable natural hazards.
Public easements restricting the rights of neighboring landowners to maintain or establish plantations arise from the vicinity or crossing of the following facilities and areas:
traffic routes by land, water, sea and air;
telecommunications networks, energy transport and resource use ;
water supply and sewerage pipes ;
military works ;
areas exposed to foreseeable natural hazards.
