The main cost of the shell of a building is made up of formwork, steel and concrete.
Formwork can have a wooden structure and an oiled or varnished wooden skin (the part in contact with the concrete); re-use is in the order of 1 to 8 times. A metal structure with a plywood skin (with a layer of resin on each side) can be turned inside out after around 20 re-uses, resulting in 40 re-uses, but with additional modification costs....
