9.1 Condensation/evaporation" balance in absolute terms
The "condensation/potential evaporation" balance for 1 linear metre (l.m.) of facade (assuming a storey height of 3 m) is as follows:
condensation: 15.8919 g/m 2 · h x 0.95 m x 3.00 m 45.2919 g/h ;
evaporation: - 0.0579 g/m 2 · h x 0.05 m x 3.00 m - 0.0087 g/h ;
total condensable per m.l. of frontage: 45.2832 g/h.
The balance is largely "in favor" of condensation. This explains and justifies the construction system recommended in DTU 20.1 for masonry of small elements (walls...

Readings from Météo France
Météo France has departmental centers throughout France, which are able to provide climatological information on the location of the building, which must be the subject of a hygrothermal study.
