The aim of this article is to provide the reader with information concerning international procurement contracts financed by the World Bank, the EBRD and the EDF. Signing procedures, with their potential local preferences, as well as the major rules concerning the execution of contracts, are provided. Requirements in terms of the fight against corruption are also recalled, including "Recommendations to Bidders" made by the World Bank and the EBRD. The usual guarantees to be provided by companies, and the insurance guarantees covering the risks taken by companies are also analyzed. This article concludes on usual dispute settlement methods in international contracts.
