1. Scope of constructability

To better understand the concept of constructibility, all we need to do is identify its usefulness. Its scope of application can then be explored in four stages.

  • Constructibility can only be justified if it effectively contributes to this quest for productivity, made indispensable by current economic conditions. That's why the first dimension of our approach is to complement conventional methods, taking into account what has already been achieved in other industrial sectors.

  • And it's from this reflection that we can identify the principles on which this new understanding of construction is based.

    However, the aim is to reinforce the use of existing tools, not to replace them. This methodological support is based on a quest for efficiency that can be deployed right from the start...
