3. Conclusion

Following its presentation in two parts (synchronic, then diachronic), it is clear that the concept of efficiency can make an important contribution to the management of a real estate project.

Figure 10 shows the various possible avenues for progress, based on a starting point (S1). It situates the benefits derived by the end-user (level of efficiency), in relation to the efforts made by professionals with regard to values or impacts.
