1. Lessons from the current situation

This first phase of the proposed experiment focuses on analyzing the state of the "construction industry". The idea is not to diagnose the situation, but rather to understand the parameters that explain the power of inertia observed in the face of all attempts at change undertaken on various fronts. In fact, it seems that the current organization is truly locked around systemic principles that add up so tightly that they can only be undone by a paradigm shift. And this paradigm shift relates to a certain idea of industrialization.

This analysis has two objectives:

  • deconstruct the concept behind current practices, which in fact transcribes a successful search for an ecosystem equilibrium in the face of the conditions imposed by the various stakeholders involved;
