5. Concrete production
5.1 General
BAP formulas are generally more complex to manufacture than those for ordinary vibrated concrete, and therefore require special precautions and controls.
These specific resources relate to the control of constituents, the level of plant equipment and manufacturing procedures. The main problem, as with ordinary vibrated concretes, is the accuracy of water dosage, since a significant proportion of the water is not weighed directly, but corresponds to the moisture content of the aggregates (which is difficult to control).
