Quality requirements and quality of use
The client is interested in the quality of use, and the project manager translates this into required quality. To meet these quality requirements, translated into specifications for results and prescriptions for means, the contractor must provide resources in terms of personnel, methods, equipment and materials, backed up by the guarantee of his quality plan. The required quality will therefore be validated during the course of the worksite by a control plan, divided into internal company controls, on the one hand, and external company controls, generally under the authority of the prime contractor or project owner, on the other.
The quality plan discussed prior to the worksite must be able to create a validated climate of trust.
