1. Closures for openings with windows

1.1 General

As the generic term suggests, what distinguishes residential closures from industrial, commercial and garage doors is the fact that these products are installed in front of a closing element: a window or door.

Although it may seem obvious, this distinction is important because it determines the very function of the product. In fact, the main function of a residential closure, unlike that of an opening closure, is not to allow the passage of vehicles and/or people. The functions associated with residential closures are in fact linked to an improvement/modification of one or more characteristics of the window or door with which they are associated.
