1.1 Bulb thermostats
Even today, bulb thermostats are still used to regulate the air temperature in cold rooms, as well as certain elements of the refrigeration circuit, but they are increasingly being replaced by electronic probes or thermostats. Bulb thermostat control includes :
a sensor (a sensitive element or thermostatic train consisting of a bellows deformable as a function of temperature), a capillary and a bulb (figure 1 );
a transmitter (electrical contactor) ;
a power line ;
