2. Performance and yield verification
Standard practice is to check that the equipment supplied delivers the contractually agreed performance.
The manufacturer generally has a certain amount of time (1 to 2 months) to fine-tune his equipment and carry out adjustments, after which acceptance tests are carried out.
These tests cover at least :
achieving maximum speed;
-
obtaining :
of boiler outlet pressure,
superheated and reheated steam temperatures in the pages provided,
good combustion quality,
guaranteed performance (at one or more speeds) ;
and, more generally, on the verification of contractual stipulations, which...
