In an air-conditioning system, air is the heat transfer fluid. It is therefore necessary to ensure the connections between the components (air handling unit, extraction fan, etc.) and the premises served:

  • distribution of treated air ;

  • recirculated air return ;

  • exhaust air ;

  • supply fresh air to the air handling unit.

These connections include the following elements:

  • fans (whether or not incorporated in the air handling unit);

  • distribution ducts ;

  • dampers or registers for control or safety ;

  • diffusion, transfer...
