6. Conclusion

The development of grid-connected green hydrogen is still in its infancy, but it is expanding rapidly. Many countries and companies are investing heavily in this field. It can be used to store intermittent renewable energy, power transport, heat buildings and decarbonize industry.

In particular, green hydrogen could enable the massive integration of renewable resources into the electricity mix and contribute to the development of zero-emission mobility. It is particularly eagerly awaited in the heavy mobility sector.
