2.1 Administrative procedures

They are linked to the country's regulations for obtaining :

  • administrative title (prefectoral authorization if power is less than 4,500 kW, or concession above that);

  • specifications or water regulations ;

  • local authorizations (building permits, right-of-way permits, sales contracts, etc.).

An impact file is required to apply for a title. The study required to draw up this file can take up to a year to complete, so it should be commissioned from a specialist company as soon as the decision to proceed has been taken.
