3. Application of the local approach to a notched specimen in 20MV6 steel
The local approach described above was applied to a tensile-compression specimen made of 20MV6 steel, the complete mechanical characterization of which had been carried out in previous studies . The approach was implemented using nSoft software with constant and variable amplitude loading.
