13 C-RMN CP-MAS ; CP/MAS 13 C-NMR
High-resolution carbon-13 NMR in solids (magic angle rotation and CP/MAS cross-polarization) is a spectroscopic Technique for determining structural information by interpreting the behavior of nuclear magnetization (magnetic moment of the nucleus) in the presence of an intense static magnetic field B 0 (a few teslas) and after irradiation by a radiofrequency magnetic field.
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM); Microscopie électronique à balayage (MEB)
Electron microscopy technique capable of producing high-resolution images of a sample's surface using the principle of electron-matter interactions.
