3. Aeronautics implementation chain

3.1 Design

The various FA technologies all share the principle of computer-aided design (CAD) to obtain a 3D model before moving on to the "slicing" and "supporting" stages.

The machine software is then required for :

  • model finishing ;

  • positioning and orientation of parts in the production bin;

  • support, parameterization and scanning strategy.
