2. Introducing plasma spray technology

Plasma spraying is a flexible shaping process that can be applied to a vast range of materials. This, combined with the wide range of accessible microstructures (density-porosity, nanostructuring, composition variations, etc.), provides manufacturers with coatings or shaped parts with properties that are truly adapted to their most demanding requirements. .

The ability of this process to deposit most materials (ceramics, metals and, in some cases, polymers) with high yields, while respecting the nature of the substrate (materials sensitive to temperature, oxidation, etc.), has led to almost exponential growth in its activity over the last twenty years.
