3. Safety results in the industry
The French Labor Code defines the various responsibilities relating to health, safety and the environment. Article L. 230-2 stipulates that "The head of the establishment shall take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and protect the health of the establishment's workers, including temporary workers. These measures include actions to prevent occupational risks, information and training, as well as the implementation of appropriate organization and resources. It ensures that these measures are adapted to take account of changing circumstances and aim to improve existing situations...".
